Wheelchair Bound Woman Needs Help

We need hands-on care to take care of my wife. She is in a Wheel chair and uses a sit to stand lift. She is semi-paralyzed and need help with all tasks. She needs help getting out of bed and showered in the morning. She also needs help in the afternoon. Medication management is required. My expectation is to keep her area clean. Help needed with bathing. This is not and easy job and can be psychical at times. We're looking for some help preparing meas. She likes to walk to the doctors or Shopping which are within 2 miles from our home.
