Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Saint Petersburg

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Companionship. Assistance with bathroom is one of our requirements. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. My Dad has had two strokes, the most recent one has caused short term memory impairment. He uses a walker and is taking walks around the block. He cannot be left alone and needs explicit directions to get to the bathroom and back to the living room, but can bathroom on his own. He has only been home a couple weeks from hospital and rehab facility. He is receiving PT at home.
