About who needs care: My mother is a retired RN. She was always a compassionate caregiver to family & friends. She is declining physically/mentally, yet maintains kindness & appreciation. About the care needs: You should be strong enough to assist w/ transferring a 100 lb. woman in & out of bed. She cannot walk w/o help and is extremely slow. She's in bed all day & spends most of her day sleeping & doesn't converse much. She is able to feed herself. She needs help w/ bathing/dressing, getting out of/in bed when using the bathroom. She requires help pulling down/lifting up pants, changing incontinence pads/pull-ups. Must be positive, friendly, upbeat, gentle, compassionate, kind, patient, easygoing. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
