Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Saint Cloud

About who needs care: I am nearly 60, disabled but pretty mobile for short periods of time. About 30 minutes do house tasks. I bath and dress myself. Sometimes needing help. My main issue is having 2 up coming nerve injections, a rotator cuff surgery and a couple of months of physical therapy after. I need a ride to these appointments and usually someone has to stay with me afterwards. I would need a ride as well to my first initial p. t. sessions because I will be medicated. After I'm well. I'd like someone that can keep me on track with a exercise routine. No training or participation needed. I just need someone to keep me motivated to do some type of exercise a couple times a week to start. It's an easy job for someone who just wants some extra cash. About the care needs: Non smoker at all or heavy perfume. I also don't respond to pushy/bossy care givers. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, and mobility assistance.
