About who needs care: 44 yr old female, herniated disc between L4/ L5, pinching nerve making for Non-weight bearing L side. Need help making small meals for myself and 9 yr old daughter. She will be home with me while husband is on business for 4 days. No childcare needed, she is a great helper. Light cleaning would be a huge help too. About the care needs: Easy going, easy to talk to, friendly, not easily overwhelmed. Comfortable with cats & dog. Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, dressing and mobility assistance.
