Seeking Mental Health Care Provider In Saint Augustine

Hi! We are getting married in St. Augustine and are looking for a mental health caregiver from a Friday-Sunday (approx. 48 hrs). The patient is leaving a residential mental health facility for the weekend to attend our wedding and must have 24hr care (caregiver will attend our wedding activities with her). We are potentially searching for two caregivers. One for the day portion and one for the night portion who will stay in her hotel room. Both need to ensure she takes all of her medication. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Bathing / Dressing appropriately, Companionship, Transportation (not individual, but accompanying her in transit to and from wedding. Medication management is required. Some help needed with enforcing bathing. Preferably looking for someone with mental health experience and a certification/license.
