About the job
We are seeking full-time live-in home care for my mother in her late 80s who has dementia . We are looking for a very special caregiver who will trade living full-time in her nice 2BR/1Ba apartment rent free plus some monetary compensation. My mother is in excellent physical condition but has no short term memory. She at times gets agitated but most of the time is pleasant. She may get up a couple of times in the night and will need help with the bathroom activities. We can arrange time off during each week where another caregiver would come in to relieve you. Duties would include assistance with light medication, light housekeeping, dressing, bathing, preparing meals, companionship, walks, groceries or errands when appropriate. Only mature, responsible, honest, good communicators, and non-smokers apply.
