About who needs care: Breast cancer surgery recovery. Limited use of arms. Also has knock knees. Needs are for lift assist, assist with possibly all ADLs while recovering. Normally pretty independent but will need assistance with transfers with gait belt due to cant push up to get up, assistance with dressing and shower assistance, assistance with transfers to the toilet possibly and possibly help to wipe until has more use of arms again. Preferably needed for morning and evening (split shift) 3-4 hrs per shift. Prioritize personal care, but also provide companion care. Companion Care (conversation, transportation, walks, and card games, meal prep, light housekeeping, med reminders). About the care needs: Pet friendly as there are 2 indoor cats and at times 2 puppies also. Friendly and compassionate. Ability to transfer with gait belt safely. Attentive and able to report any concerns. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
