Seeking a personable, conscientious caregiver for 79-year-old with vascular dementia. My mom lives in Ponte Vedra Beach and needs 24 hour care to assist with daily living tasks, medication, eating and toileting. Loves to play go fish, UNO, watch Frasier, HGTV, and Family Feud. Job requires light housekeeping, meal prep, anticipating my mom's needs, transportation to/from appointments, and overall great companionship. As her daughter I attend all appointments, refill pills weekly, assist with grocery shopping and oversee our helpers. Looking for someone who can do 24 hour shifts Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 7 a.m. - 7 a.m. and work in conjunction with our other caregiver. Large private room with bed and tv and private bath. Located in very safe neighborhood.
