About the job
Seeking a compassionate, professional and reliable part-time caregiver to assist my elderly parents. My father was diagnosed with dementia and needs constant supervision. He can do most things on his own, but need some guidance at times. There are days where he's lucid and other days where he's very confused and distressed. My mother is his full-time caregiver, but is extremely overwhelmed. She really needs some support and needs the opportunity to find some independence and self-care. I'm looking for someone who is self initiating, can help out with light housekeeping, prepare or assist with simple, easy meals. Can accompany them to some of their appointments.
