I am looking for someone to assist with my friend /roommate who has just started in-home Hospice. She was able to walk with a walker until she fell last week and we are not sure of her mobility at this time. She is very anxious to walk, but at this time we need help lifting her from the hospital bed into a wheel chair or to the couch. The goal is to strengthen her! She is 67 years old and a peanut weighing 89 lbs. We have the Pure Wick system for when she's in bed. Hospice comes to bathe her daily. There are days that you may need to help her with eating. Housekeeping is simply cleaning up after yourself and if you prep her a meal. Honestly, looking for someone who is willing to navigate this journey with us and figure it out as we go. There will be another friend in the home to help.
