Hands-on Care & Engagement Needed For My Mother In Pensacola

Seeking a private female caregiver for our mom, 2-3 hours/day, 3x/week. She is 78 years old and in memory care. We are looking for someone with a warm personality, who is patient and comfortable with the elderly and has experience working with dementia patients. We are not looking for a babysitter, rather someone who will engage with her and talk to her (we would prefer the individual not be on their phone while working with her). She is delightful and has had an interesting life! Duties would include showering/wash/blow dry her hair, go for walks, make sure she is clean and her briefs are fresh, remind her to drink water, some pampering, do activities with her, help her to brush her teeth. Also, it's important to our family that we are kept in the loop, so we will establish a system whereby information can be shared for each visit.
