About who needs care: Jean has dementia. Short-term memory is the biggest problem, remembering where things are, what needs to be done, etc. she can take care of her dressing, eating, etc. I need someone to be with her when I am out, primarily on Sunday mornings when I have church duties. She is afraid of walking out not knowing where she is. About the care needs: Jean quilts, but is losing her skills. She also likes walking and watching TV. The person should be able to talk, but not too much talking. Services needed include: companionship.
