I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Transportation. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.) Wheel chair help down ramps for outside time. Smokes in home. Meals chopped due to swallowing limitations.
