About who needs care: Nephew born with cerebral palsy. Mentally competent, very sweet, weight about 150 lbs. Need help to transfer from: Bed to wheelchair, approximately 10:30 am; Chair to toilet and back, approx. 2-2:30pm; Wheelchair to bed, approx 10:30-11 p.m. Intermittent care unnecessary as mother can assist urination. About the care needs: We would like to have someone kind and capable of transferring a 150lb adult to be able to come help with only the transfers and spending 10-20 minutes waiting after toilet transfer. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
