About who needs care: Needs assistance to ambulate with assistive device such as walker. Unable to cook for self but does not need to be fed. Major needs are to assist with getting out of bed to chair, commode, etc (but most time is spent in bed), bathing, and providing meals. About the care needs: Looking for someone who knows that patience is required when caring especially for the elderly. Caring but firm. Understands that safety and security is paramount. Someone who knows how to work well with all personalities and will care for others as if they were a member of the family. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
