About who needs care: He has had several strokes and is not very mobile but can walk short distances with a walker, he has early stages dementia and can be pretty testy. He has issues with incontinence and is very modest so this poses issues. I would love to find someone with experience in senior care and would know how to encourage him and could maybe introduce some kind of activity ie playing cards, puzzles etc About the care needs: someone who is good with seniors and understands their needs and limitations and can make him feel comfortable. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
