About who needs care: My father has dementia. He's bed bound. Although he still tries to get up from time to time. I only need someone to sit at the house a couple of days a week for an hour or two. So that I can get groceries or go to doctor's appointments. Whatnot. About the care needs: I really only need someone to be here so I can make appointments. In case the house caught fire, he wouldn't be able to get himself up. The person would only have to sit at the house for a couple of hours, a couple of times a week. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
