Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Palatka

need hands-on care to take care of my 89YO father in Palatka. I need a few people I can call on occasion for day care possibly running into evening care. I also go on short trips occasionally that would require 24 hr care services. Medication management is required as well as reminders for him to intake water as dehydration is a real concern for him. He mainly suffers from BP irregularities and short-term memory loss. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. He enjoys being outside and performing light yard work. You may occasionally be responsible for transporting to/from appointments or errands.
