I need a senior care provider that has experience with Lewy Body dementia patients. My husband has Lewy body dementia. The perfect candidate would live in the apartment section of our home (1 bedroom, bath, living room and kitchenette - separate entrance) Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Participate in Cognitive Exercises. Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Heavy Lifting, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Assistance with medication is needed. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing and toileting. Incontinence requires additional care. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation and assist with feeding. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Sense of humor is a must. Non-Smoker. If you do not want to live-in, start date is flexible.
