About the job
About who needs care: My parents (nearly 90 and 89) need additional help with housekeeping and meal prep in their home in College Park, Orlando. My mother has dementia, but otherwise healthy. My father is cognitively sound but can't care for my mother non-stop. We have daily caregivers in the afternoon, but need help with mornings, and will shortly need help with the evenings and possibly overnight/live in (there is a 3rd, empty bedroom available). Please mention if you would also consider live-in caregiving. The ideal candidate is an intelligent woman over 50 who speaks English with little or no accent (my Mom has trouble understanding accents), is OK with their small dog, and has own transportation and able to take my Mom on outings. Must be willing to do some housecleaning and prepare healthy meals.
