Seeking a compassionate Field Care Manager to assist a diabetic male under 60 with daily care, including managing anxiety and anxiety-driven sleep disorders. Responsibilities include administering insulin, monitoring glucose levels, meal prep, and providing mental health support. Light housekeeping and hygiene assistance may be required. Qualifications: LPN or RN preferred Experience with diabetes management, anxiety, and sleep disorders CPR/First Aid certified Strong communication skills and independent decision-making Schedule: Part-time, on-call availability required.
