About who needs care: My father will be undergoing shoulder surgery and needs some help around the house, getting dressed, etc. The schedule will be busier at first after the surgery then decrease in frequency with potential for a long-term part-time position. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
