Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Newberry

Part time caregiver needed. Daytime help caring for disabled elderly person. This position would be ideal for learning and experience for a CNA or nursing student. Medical/Nursing certification not required. Common sense, compassion, ability to operate medical equipment after being taught how, completing personal care, assisting with toileting and hygiene are required. We are willing to train. Shifts will be in our home anywhere from 4 to 8 hours. No overnights or holidays. We can be somewhat flexible to your school or family schedule. Commitment to 20 hours per week preferred, passing a background check required. Must have had Covid vaccinations. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and is comfortable with pets.
