About the job
We need a caring person who enjoys spending time with elders who live in our parent's home. Our mother is 91, uses a walker, has dementia, and requires personal assistance with activities of daily living. We have a full-time caregiver M-F, 9-4:30, and need someone to be present overnight tor nights when Mom wakes up to go to the toilet. You will be on-call during the night in exchange for free room/board. This can be the extent of the live-in position, so it is well-suited for someone with a daytime commitment (school/job). You can contribute to mom's care and household duties if you want part-time home health employment. Compensation is $15-$18/hour for work beyond the nightly coverage. Requirements: COVID-19 vaccinated, non-smoker, comfortable with small dogs. The start date is flexible. Contact me for details.
