Looking for a Licensed LPN/RN Private Duty Nurse to provide care for an elderly woman in her own home. Part Time-3 Days a week **Key Responsibilities: - Monitor vital signs and health metrics to ensure the well-being of our client. - Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records. -Assist with personal care including hygiene, bathing, dressing - Work together with Home Care Manager, physicians and family members to discuss care plans and any health-related concerns. - Provide compassionate support and companionship to the client -Reports to Home Care Manager **Qualifications: - Valid nursing license and relevant experience in elderly care. - Strong clinical skills and understanding of geriatric health issues. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills NOT ACCEPTING AGENCY APPLICANTS
