We need part-time care and would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping, errands and some help preparing meals. Prefer a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Guest quarters can be negotiated that include bedroom, private bath, and access to the pool.
