Cooking / Meal Prep Needed For Senior In Mount Dora

Seeking a woman in the Mount Dora area who can help with cooking / meal preparation for a 101-year-old woman. She is overall VERY healthy and self-reliant for her age but a recent fall has made her weaker. She is fully mobile (just sometimes needs a cane) and can eat, bathe, toilet, etc. on her own, but cooking has become very hard. She already has a daily assistant for appointments, shopping, and home office duties, so this additional position focuses on cooking / meal preparation. She eats small portions but likes to eat homecooked meals with fresh / non-processed ingredients -- not packaged meals. She doesn't eat much red meat or chicken but does enjoy seafood. We aren't sure what a typical schedule for a personal cook looks like, but are willing to work with what can be provided. Looking for daily dinners and possibly lunches too.
