Hands-on Care Needed For My Husband In Milton

About the care needs: Dan is 89 years old, mostly lucid, but has been diagnosed with mild dementia. Sleeps a lot. Is diabetic and requires regular medication. I, as his partner, am his primary caregiver. I am looking for an additional caregiver, prepare his meals, and can take care of his incontinence. Initially, would like someone who can come in once a week so he can be comfortable with him or her, so that when I need to be out of town occasionally, we can count on him/her to be available. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
