Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Miami Beach With Parkinson's & Dementia

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 70s, with Parkinson's. Familiarity with Parkinson's symptoms: bradykinesia, gait issues, REM disturbed sleep. Needs help ambulating especially at night and would be great to do some minor movement to prevent stiffness and PD symptoms. Some help needed with bathing, CPAP, and some PD therapies a bonus. Duties include providing companionship, ensuring getting good sleep schedule and some social interaction/mental stimulation of some sort would be great. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, health conscious and caring.
