Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Melbourne

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Heavy Lifting, Companionship. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some help needed with bathing. Personal care required, including feeding and changing or assisting with changing. Over night hours. Need to be able to stay awake. Patient sundowns and is agitated much of or all of the night and will try to get out of bed. Has already fallen out of bed once at facility. Bed needs to be surrounded by chairs and foam barricades at all times. Caregiver CNA must be able to stay awake to replace chairs and barricades after facility nurses give meds, or facility CNAs changes the bed. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion.
