About who needs care: Would like an aid: Like to come at 9 a.m. for ONE HOUR every day; help take medications (eye drops in the morning), help with cooking (on pureed diet), chicken broth with broken egg, or oatmeal with prunes, put on the surgical stockings, light cleaning, etc. Early evening 6 p.m. to get dressed/undressed, take off the surgical stockings, help with other ADLs for at least an hour every day. About the care needs: Someone who is kind, good energy, can talk loud (patient is hard of hearing), likes to cook/spend time with someone in their 90s. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
