About who needs care: Recovering from pneumonia , uses walker needs physical assistance with mobility getting in/out of chair , getting to bathroom, very weak right now. Needs assistance with getting dressed, meal preparation and other daily skills. Some age related memory problems, no Alzheimers. Enjoys reading, watching tv, talking and going outside in wheelchair. About the care needs: Patient, personable and upbeat. Compassionate and very willing to assist with tasks. No specialized skills, but must be physically able to lift and help my mother with walker and wheelchair. Needs supervision using walker, currently due to pneumonia not using walker . Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
