Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Melbourne

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my mother in her 70s. Assistance with medication is needed. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Responsibilities include feeding and simple meal prep. Must be able to lift Mom using the tools we have as she is bed bound. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets (grand dog visits) and CPR / first-aid trained. Dad will typically be home at the same time, but he needs a break. After being hired, doctor visits will be scheduled at other times. Personal care is also needed-brushing teeth, hair, changing clothes. On none bathing days when cooler out, may go for walks in the neighborhood.
