Mom has dementia and is a high fall risk (she's fallen numerous times) and must be monitored constantly. She has aortic stenosis and is also under physician care for anemia and hypothyroidism. She enjoys walks, reading, word games, coloring, and other activities when she has the energy. She also enjoys her cats. We're Christian so a caregiver who is also would be ideal. As mentioned, Mom has dementia so patience, compassion, and a caring personality are key. Since she's also a high fall risk, someone who is very attentive with safety as a priority who can assist her with safely getting to and using the restroom is vital. Hours/Days are flexible. Depending on your rate, may hire for 3+ hours at a time, but seeking someone who doesn't have more than a 2 hour minimum.
