Full-time Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother

We need a full-time hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my mother who's in her 80s. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion who can help with bathing, personal care and manage medication. This would also include meal preparation and housekeeping/laundry. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. My father is there to assist; but he is also not a youngster, and I'd appreciate someone keeping an eye on his health as well. We are looking for a long-term dedicated full-time caregiver, within a 30 minute drive and rate within our range.
