Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Lithia, FL

Looking for a hands-on care provider experience for my father in his 60s. Some help needed with bathing, getting dressed, feeding, getting into power wheelchair in mornings, some PT. Prefer 3 days per week, 2-3 hour shifts (M, W, F or T, TH, Sat). About who needs care: Quadriplegic, transfer assistance, toileting, feeding assistance (spinal cord injury). He has normal speech and eating abilities and is enjoyable to talk to, etc. Prior to recent injury, pastored a church in Minnesota. About the care needs: Someone who preferably has experience with spinal cord injury (but willing to train as well), PT and/or OT experience related to quadriplegic and/or paraplegic care would be ideal. Respite care for my mom who is the 24/7 caregiver. Dad has a type A, outgoing, positive personality and is a Christian. He loves music and sports!
