About the care needs: My partners father is in his 80s and he lives alone and has moderate dementia. He is ambulatory with a walker, but he does need help getting up and sitting down a lot of the time. We would need someone with the strength required to lift him. He weighs about 160 pounds. Looking for someone who could live with him completely rent free and we would be willing to negotiate a monthly salary for the right person. we would also negotiate time off for the person. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
