Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother

About who needs care: Diabetes, had a stroke 5 years ago which left her left side in lower use. She goes to dialysis for chronic kidney disease, has memory issues, needs to be reminded of medication, needs help dressing, meals prepared. She can eat, she can walk. Has occasional bathroom issues but is mostly independent. About the care needs: . We need someone to be with her while they are at work during the day. Someone who drives is ideal so she can be taken to dialysis 3x a week (M-W-F). Someone with a flexible schedule who could come all day T/TH and then on M-W-F come in the morning and then drive her to dialysis for 3 p.m. and have that be the end of their shift. My Mom doesn't want to talk a ton. Some championship is nice but Mom would be better with someone who is nice & asks a few questions/talks but isn't a huge personality trying to engage with her the entire day. She is tired a lot and content to just watch TV and relax. We need someone to make breakfast & lunch for her, make sure she takes meds, help her dress/bathe and generally supervise that she doesn't fall or hurt herself. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
