Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Lake Wales

About who needs care: Just had major shoulder replacement and fracture repair. Cannot use right hand or arm at all. Have doctor orders for ADL's for bathroom, shower, dressing, getting up & down, walking, getting in and out of bed, opening food (Meals on Wheels) packages., etc. She is pretty lucid and has all mental capacities. She also has orders for PT & OT 3x a week for 3 weeks but can be a different organization. I live close and can help some but not every day or all day due to cancer and having my own issues. About the care needs: just need to be some type of licensed nurse (not just a care giver or sitter) otherwise insurance will not help pay. We have Medicare as primary and ChampVA picks up the rest. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
