Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Lake Mary

About who needs care: Hello, I'm currently looking for full time care for my grandmother when she gets out of rehab; this can either be two caregivers working day and night shift or one live in caregiver. She currently has a PEG tube for supplemental nutrition and a colostomy bag, so someone with those skills would be essential. As she has been back and forth between home, hospital, and rehab it is hard for her to walk right now. She requires almost full assistance getting in and out of wheelchair, bed, shower, etc. She will need simple meals to be cooked for her as well. About the care needs: Someone who has PEG tube and colostomy skills. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
