Mostly need help to o give the family caregivers daily breaks. About the care needs: Needs assist with toileting, meal prep, Needs companion 24/7 due to intermittent confusion and being a fall risk due to stroke. But he is able to have conversation and likes company. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
