Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Kissimmee

Seeking hands-on care near Kissimmee for my mother in her 70s. Important - experience with dementia and it's effects on behavior and communication is required. Also, experience with managing and administering medication is required 3x's daily. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping, laundry, and companionship with recreational activities. Meal preparation and daily feeding for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is required. Some help needed with mobility (daily walks) and bathing. A structured daily routine is very important along with communication of any changes in behavior. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion who truly understands the needs of seniors with dementia and the reality of each day is different. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
