About who needs care: Recovering from a stroke (October 2024). On multiple medications. Very sedentary. Confined to house, should probably go outside the house at least once a week. About the care needs: Someone who can prepare low sodium meals. Take out garbage, load and unloaded dishwasher, laundry, daily cleaning such as wipe down counters and clean spills (a housekeeper comes monthly to do thorough cleaning). She has moments of weakness where she may need assistance/standby while bathing and dressing. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
