Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Jacksonville

I need a companion care provider experience for my mother in her 70s. Main need is escorting her to appointments. She is in a wheelchair and takes a wheelchair van, so you would ride in the van with her. Push her wheelchair, keep her company, and take care of any needs that happen. Would also love someone who could help with light housekeeping, minimal meal preparation, errands as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
