About who needs care: Just had a small stroke. Recently discharged from rehabilitation facility. Was labeled as a fall risk. She would need help making sure she doesn't fall when moving around and some help with toileting. About the care needs: They need to be friendly, helpful. A CNA/ home health background would be helpful. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
