Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Jacksonville

I need senior care provider with experience for my 83-year-old mother. She is diabetic with chf. Her memory is starting to decline so she will require medication prompting and reminders of appt. Daughter will take her to Dr appts. Willl require transportation to rehab twice weekly. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping for her bedroom and bathroom, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Medication management is required. Some washing and making up bed is required as needed. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Duties include transportation (rehab appts, errands, etc.).
