PLEASE READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION Hi there. My name is Amy. I'm 29 years old. Pineapple belongs on pizza. Hairless cats are awesome. I only read nonfiction books. I have an obsession with soft blankets. I recently suffered from rhabdomyolysis and lost the ability to use my right leg. I have some use of my left leg. I cannot walk, and I struggle to transfer in and out of bed. I need assistance to do so. The only person I have to care for me is my father who is also disabled. He suffered from a stroke years ago and cannot help me with anything physically. I am looking for someone to help me become more independent as soon as possible. I need to be able to transfer in and out of my bed, toilet, and shower by myself. And I need to learn how to use my wheelchair in the kitchen and other parts of daily life. I really need my new caregiver to understand this position is temporary. This person needs to be committed to helping me get to independence as quickly as possible. It is not only imperative since I cannot afford this, but it is imperative I get stronger so that I have a better chance at recovering. Here is a list of all injuries I am currently dealing with... Rhabdo Tear in left glute Hematoma in left glute size 12. 8cm Hematoma in right glute size 10. 4cm Free fluid in pelvis Stress fractures in both hips Edema in legs Nerve damage in legs First I need to rest to heal from the hematomas then get up and going to heal from everything else. I am hoping to find someone that has at least a little knowledge on some physical therapy or at least willing to learn. I think I write enough in here for now. Hope to hear from you soon.
