Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Jacksonville Beach

Hi there! Looking for light assistance with daily activity for my sweet 83-year-old father. He is on hospice for congestive heart failure and you would be filling in the time between hospice visits. Days and times are totally flexible! My 83-year-old mom lives with him as well and we are just looking to give them a little break . Senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Wound Care, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. We might ask you to run errands now and then. They have been very independent but recently this latest diagnosis it has been a setback. Looking to form a great relationship!
