About who needs care: 89-year-old grandmother. Still drives but turns 90 in November. She takes care of her own person needs at the moment and goes out to lunch daily. That is usually her only meal for the day. Most of what she needs at this point is companionship and checking in to make sure she is doing ok. If and when she loses her drivers License she will need someone that can transport her to lunches and to the occasional doctor appointments. She is definitely losing her memory and probably has dementia to some degree. About the care needs: Grandma is fun loving and enjoys having someone to talk to. She enjoys watching her TV as well. Very easy to get along with for the most part. You will be replacing her current companion so she will be a little confused early on. She enjoys card games and dominos at times as well Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
